HR Generalist - DELHI
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
- Conduct employee on boarding and help organize training & development initiatives
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
- Gather and analyse data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
- Handle job portal
- Develop and maintain talent management processes
- Conduct exit interviews and recommend corrective action
Desired Skills:
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Good knowledge of employment/labour laws
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Aptitude in problem-solving
Qualification / Experience :
- Overall 05-07 years’ experience
- Graduate/Post -Graduate in Management with HR Specialization or equivalent.
