Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain employee personal data, files in both digital and paper forms.
  • Handling various office administrative works.
  • Supporting the team with attendance records or joining formalities of the new joiners.
  • Support in payroll process with the help of relevant employee data.
  • Assist in scheduling interview (Online and F2F) by coordinating with candidates and interview panel members.
  • Support on- boarding, induction and other inter departmental co- ordination for the seamless process.

Key Skills

  • Experience in HR operations.
  • Good knowledge on MS Office applications.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and a good team player.

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • 0-3 years.
